This necklace is fairly priced and matches the pictures, with a good length and 14k gold that looks great against the malachite green. However, I’m not a big fan of the design in person and prefer the smaller necklace chain style over the longer, link-style chain this one has. Honestly, I haven’t worn it much because of that, so I might gift it at some point to pass it along.
Both pieces are very nice. I like that one is larger and heavier than the other, so you can match it with your mood and what you are wearing. Chain lengths are good, so you can wear it closer to your neck or lower down. I can't say that it's waterproof (?) as I don't usually wear any jewelry in water. So far, it doesn't bother my skin, so that's a plus. I love wearing them both together as they complement each other very well. Loving the color, size and quality of the malachite stone. I think for what you get these are very good value for money. Really like these. Thank you
This is a lovely set of necklaces. They are well made and enhance any outfit. They would make a great gift and came nicely packaged in a box that works great for a gift.
If you love a layered look, these necklaces might be for you, although I generally like to layer different types of necklaces together instead of 2 of the same, so I’ll probably wear these one at a time depending on the size I want at that particular time. These have a cool, abstract, almost fantasy-esque vibe to them that’s really unique and they sit at a very flattering length. I’m encouraged that they claim to be waterproof because I like to wear my jewelry to the gym, swimming, showering, etc. without having to worry about tarnish or discoloration. The chain elements are pretty and I like that these parts are different. The stone is a nice, bright green with visible banding like an agate and it’s pretty. The tone of gold is slightly different than what I prefer- it’s more of a yellow toned gold, but not ugly or fake looking. The shape of the design is also a flattering element to sit well on the chest, especially if worn with a v-cut shirt. What it comes down to is personal taste, and if this look and design is to your liking, because otherwise they are pretty necklaces.
This stacked set featuring low tarnish, 14k gold plating is very pretty. I love the organic, fluid look of the set pieces in the middle, combined with the genuine darker green malachite. One big reason I really like this set is how the two chains generally stay centered, and I don’t have to constantly fiddle with them! The chain length of each one is perfect formy preference— not too tight or high around the neck, yet not too long that a chain seems hiding out in the deep décolletage. :)Now that I have seen it in person, the paperclip chain on the longer necklace—more modern, bold and geometric— stylistically seems an odd choice to use as it’s incorporated with such an organic shape at the center with the malachite. It makes the two elements within the necklace clash. But that’s just my opinion.I do love the shorter chain on the other necklace; very minimal and complementary— and I will most likely wear that one by itself more often. This set looks much better in direct sunlight to me as the malachite is almost “drowned out” and dulled/darkened by the brighter, bulkier glean of the 14k plating around it.As for the tarnish and waterproof claims, I ordered this set primarily based on these two attributes. So hopefully it will wear well! So far, it has not irritated my sensitive skin and feels well constructed without any jagged or loose components. This necklace set is giftable, for sure, and comes in a nice presentation box. Price, however, keeps going up? I am not sure if I would purchase in the future if this was above $35.But such a thoughtful gift for a friend who could use some extra healing TLC, or for a gem lover!
