Shipping Policy
At VutaeVozAmor, we strive to provide a reliable and transparent shipping experience for our customers.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — Free (on orders over $35.00) or $4.99 flat rate.

Expedited Shipping: 2 business days — $9.9.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

3. International Shipping
Currently, we primarily focus on serving our customers in the United States.

4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Our carriers (via Amazon MCF) may have limitations on delivery to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, we will contact you if we require an alternative physical address.

6. Duties and Taxes
For orders within the United States, sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout where applicable. For any potential international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
